Penguin Relay for Life Team| March 22-23

This event is the Riverbend Relay for Life team at the Penguin Recreation Centre

All participants must be willing to follow the rules and guidelines of the event organisers as well as Riverbend’s Youth code of conduct. 

If participants under the age of 18 are needing to come and leave during the event, parents/guardians/carers must let the nominated Riverbend representative know

Parent / Guardian Consent & Authority

In order to complete this application, after checkout , you will be directed to a page on our website where you wil be asked to electronically sign a permission form which will also indicate your consent and authority for you or your child to attend the event.
